This morning God showed me a vision of a crown of thorns placed in the middle of this empty white space and surrounding it were many other crowns. They’re were all different shapes and sizes. They had different jewels on them. They were scattered everywhere. I felt God say that we are apart of His kingdom. We are heirs to him. We have royalty running through our veins. All we have to do is pick up our crown and claim the victory. Claim the Power of Jesus. Later on in prayer I began to see that each crown had a different word on it. Such as: joy, hope, peace, comfort, forgiveness. God is saying whatever it is you need pick up your crown and wear it. You have the victory and power.
“You’re all I want in heaven! You’re all I want on earth! When my skin sags and my bones get brittle, GOD is rock-firm and faithful. Look! Those who left you are falling apart! Deserters, they’ll never be heard from again. But I’m in the very presence of GOD — oh, how refreshing it is! I’ve made Lord GOD my home. GOD, I’m telling the world what you do!” Psalm 73:25-28 MSG
God, I’m telling the world what you do! Are you telling the world what God is doing for you or what he has done for you? We spend so much time complaining about life, about things we don’t have, or things we wish were different. Do we ever talk about the good? Rarely. I’ve caught myself falling into this at times. There is so much good to discuss though! I’m breathing! I’m alive! I have a purpose! I have a destiny! God created me for a reason. He created you for a reason. He is doing something in your life at this very moment even if you don’t realize it yourself. Speak of the positive things in life! Speak life into your situations! A positive mindset= a positive mind. In the wise words of One Tree Hill: “Happiness is not a destination. It is a mood, it is not permanent. It comes and goes and if people thought that way then maybe people would find happiness more often.” Be happy! Be happy in times where your mind and body wants so bad to be mad/sad! Think of the good. Be thankful for everything. It make be difficult. It may sound crazy. Everything we overcome is apart of our testimony, I’m thankful for the battle scars. I’m thankful that God has shown me time and time again that when the world tries to take me or people I love out, that it is never over. It is never over, there’s more. There’s more to your life! If your facing a bad hand right now, you will get through it! You are an army dressed for battle! You’re An Army
“Light, space, zest— that’s GOD! So, with him on my side I’m fearless, afraid of no one and nothing.
* Allow those very words to be your life motto. With him on our side we’re fearless, afraid of no on and nothing. With God as our right hand man nothing can take us down. Nothing and no one is greater than God. Therefore we have nothing to fear.
I’m asking GOD for one thing, only one thing: To live with him in his house my whole life long. I’ll contemplate his beauty; I’ll study at his feet. That’s the only quiet, secure place in a noisy world, The perfect getaway, far from the buzz of traffic.
* Jesus is home, he’s the perfect escape. In prayer or worship you can escape your every day life and surroundings and be intimate with God. When it’s just you and God a sense of serenity falls upon you: complete peace. Have your one on one time with God. He’s the perfect getaway from the noise that is life.
I’m sure now I’ll see God’s goodness in the exuberant earth. Stay with GOD! Take heart. Don’t quit. I’ll say it again: Stay with GOD.”
* This part of the scripture is so true. Simply Stay with God. Stick with God even when times get hard. Even when life doesn’t make sense. Even when you’re struggling at your lowest. Stay with God. Good things and blessings are coming. Persevere. He’s never left you and he never will. Stay with God.
Psalm 27:1, 4-5, 13-14 MSG
John 6:30-33, 35-40 MSG:
“They waffled: “Why don’t you give us a clue about who you are, just a hint of what’s going on? When we see what’s up, we’ll commit ourselves. Show us what you can do. Moses fed our ancestors with bread in the desert. It says so in the Scriptures: ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’ Jesus responded, “The real significance of that Scripture is not that Moses gave you bread from heaven but that my Father is right now offering you bread from heaven, the real bread. The Bread of God came down out of heaven and is giving life to the world.” Jesus said, “I am the Bread of Life. The person who aligns with me hungers no more and thirsts no more, ever. I have told you this explicitly because even though you have seen me in action, you don’t really believe me. Every person the Father gives me eventually comes running to me. And once that person is with me, I hold on and don’t let go. I came down from heaven not to follow my own whim but to accomplish the will of the One who sent me. “This, in a nutshell, is that will: that everything handed over to me by the Father be completed—not a single detail missed—and at the wrap-up of time I have everything and everyone put together, upright and whole. This is what my Father wants: that anyone who sees the Son and trusts who he is and what he does and then aligns with him will enter real life, eternal life. My part is to put them on their feet alive and whole at the completion of time.””
“Let us hold on to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.” Hebrews 10:23 HCSB
Hold on to the promises God has promised you. But don’t mock God, saying things like “show us what you can do then we’ll commit.” How dare we. “Prove yourself to us.” Hasn’t he already done that? Has he not died for us so that we may live? Has he not given us breath after breath? What are we searching for? God tells us in this scripture, search no more. “I am the bread of life.” I am the answer to all of your questions. I am the solution to every one of your problems. Jesus tells us in the next few verses that if we will just run to him and cling to him he will never let us go. So why is that so hard for us to do. We’re scared. Our human flesh is dominating our spirit. It’s a hard battle that we wrestle with everyday. I know I do. But if it’s that easy, just run to God hold on and don’t let go, why not do it. Jesus says his plans are his father’s plans and his father’s plans are us. He wants us. You and me. Jesus is our connection. Our pathway from this life to the next. So I give my life to you God. Show us what you can do in us. Use us. Do a complete transformation. I give myself to you so than you can show the rest of the world what it is you can do with mankind. Here’s my heart. Take it. Here are my ambitions and dreams. Take them. Here are my doubts and fears. Take them. Here’s all I have. Take me. Show the world who you are God. Let the world see the great works of you. Do it in all of us. Let us all be examples of your work. Nothing else can compare. I may be mere human but my father is “The Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.” Revelations 22:13. I am unstoppable because of him. I can do all things through him. Allow God to use you. Don’t question him, don’t waste time. If you are to take any advice take this. Surrender. Surrender day after day, again and again. Don’t stop giving yourself to God. My human flesh will not win over my spiritual flesh. I will fight that battle everyday. I will surrender everyday. You are a warrior for Jesus Christ. He is using you to make a difference. He is using you to change the world. You are a light of him, shine.
“Hold it all together everybody needs you strong but life hits you out of nowhere and barely leaves you holding on”
I realize we’re afraid to get ahead of ourselves. We catch ourselves when it seems we’re at the peak of happiness or climax in our lives. Where light is suddenly about to break through, we stop it. Sometimes it’s so hard to say “Everything is going great” or “I’ve never been this happy.” It’s scary enough to think those words let alone say them. But why are we afraid. Because things happen and something turns our world upside down? No. We’re afraid because we’re not fully trusting God. I caught myself doing this very thing. I’ve caught myself holding on to past hurts which have prevented me from completely trusting God. Why do we hold on to people who leave us or things that hurt us? I don’t know the answer. Maybe because we’re human. But I do know that we have to fully surrender. Fully surrender our hearts, our thoughts, our feelings. When we hold on to things and keep them bundled in, it’s only a matter of time until we erupt. Someone shared a powerful prayer with me one day and it’s changed my life. Simply this: “Pray that God will replace your feeling with his.” Completely remove yourself from the equation and see what it is God is leading you to or away from.” God already knows what we’re feeling; the pain that we’re trying to hide. Don’t allow life to use you. Allow God to use you. Let go of insecurities. Speak positivity over yourself and over your life. Let go of the thought that you’ll never be truly happy. Let go of the thought that something isn’t going to work out and trust. I’ve realized I’ve developed trust issues with myself, wrestling with my spiritual and human flesh. What does that mean? How can you have trust issues with yourself? Easy. Being afraid of allowing yourself to be happy. Holding yourself back from fear of being hurt. Blaming yourself for people hurting your or leaving you. Speaking word curses over yourself, “I’m not good enough.” I have to learn to trust who God is molding me to be. Peter is good example. “Peter was enthusiastic, strong-willed, impulsive, and, at times, brash. But for all his strengths, Peter had several failings in his life. Still, the Lord who chose him continued to mold him into exactly who He intended Peter to be.” You are being molded, everyday with the things you face, you are being sculpted. You are not a finished project.
I recently ordered a nail bracelet off of the website elevated faith. It took a little bit getting delivered, but I’m absolutely in love! “This is real love- not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.” 1 John 4:10. Elevated Faith Website Check out their website there are so many awesome things you can buy! I’m very satisfied with my purchase! 😍
I had the opportunity to be apart of a mission trip with SUM bible college to evangelize on the streets of Mardi Gras this past week. I can honestly one hundred percent say it changed my life. I got to see Mardi Gras and Bourbon Street in a different way than what is portrayed. I will never forget this beginning. All we had to do was share love, not judge. I encountered people from all over the world. If all I did was help lead one person to salvation I feel accomplished. I cannot wait to see what the future has in store. I know for a fact that I belong to a big city! I miss it and the people so much! If you ever have the opportunity to go outside your comfort zone, do it! Push yourself. I did and I can feel the difference that just one week made. I love traveling and I feel like this is just the start for me. I have several videos that I plan to make into one to upload to my channel just for a memory mainly for myself. It’s been a while! xoxo Macey
